Mobility online study
Metis presents an online project on mobility at the “Printemps des Etudes - PARIS”. The Initial results explain why “cultures of trust” have an impact on social media marketing in France, China and Mexico.
Thursday April 4th, Metis presented an extract of results from an innovative cross cultural project on social, spatial, and virtual mobility across China, France, and Mexico.
In partnership with Respondi and Cubes, Metis recently completed this 3-country online project involving a methodology that fluidly combines online quant and qual and that additionally explores the profound contribution that immersive ethnographic observation through smart phones has on qualitative research.
In going beyond the numbers on a qualitative probe, Metis was able to characterize specific “cultures of trust” across the three countries. These specific cultures explain major differences in consumer expectations regarding the type of engagement they would like to have with brands and services online.
